Click on the order, scroll down and click on scan item(s). Scan all the items you have for delivery by inputting the asset tag number(s) or scanning the barcodes on the items. Click submit (all items must show green in the match column) next, click complete and ready to complete. Check all boxes to complete the questionnaires. Get client’s signature plus first name and last initial. Click “Save” and yes to transfer to patient
Your delivery order is now complete... Click on “View Route” to go back to the order page.
Review the notes for your next order on your manifest and call the contact number(s) prior leaving for your next stop. let contact know of your items being delivered/picked up and approximate eta. (this helps you save time and give the contact some time to gather the equipment or put any pets away by the time you get there.
